If you are having trouble staying connected to the Wi-Fi, there is no need to call the service provider yet. There is something you can do first – make sure that the signal drops are not caused by an installation error or configuring problem. Oftentimes, Wi-Fi performance issues happen from human errors and these errors, however minor, can leave you with annoyingly slow internet, or worse, without connection for hours on end.
