It seems like it’s been forever since we’ve seen everyone in person at a big conference. 2022 has seen the return of a number of large events and none are as important to the networking industry quite like Cisco Live. For the first time since 2019 we’re going to be back on location in Las Vegas to hear all about the great things that Cisco has been working on.
More importantly, Tech Field Day will be back as well! We’re happy to be holding Tech Field Day Extra during Cisco Live and getting even more great technical information from the amazing talent that will be at the event. We’ve got a packed lineup of presenters ready to share.
Event Schedule
The first day of Tech Field Day Extra starts on Tuesday, June 14 with Opengear. We will be hearing from them at 11:00am PT right after the opening keynote. The market for remote console access is very hot right now and Opengear is going to tell us all about what they’ve been working on in that space.
Cisco starts their first group of presentations at 1:00pm PT. The enterprise networking team and Meraki leads in with a discussion about the latest wireless technologies as well as some exciting things in campus switching. After the break we’ll also hear from Cisco IoT and the Data Center and Cloud teams. There’s going to be a lot of content that will appeal to you whether you’re building for the cloud or for the edge.
Wednesday, June 15 is another exciting set of presentations from Cisco Security and Emerging Technology. If you’ve wanted to know more about Cisco DUO or the XDR strategy that unifies so many of their offerings you’re going to want to tune in starting at 9:00am PT. After the morning break we’ll hear from the Cisco AppDynamics team and how they’re building the next generation of analytics and telemetry for the cloud as well as helping secure users against the growing variety of threats they may face.
Wednesday finishes up with another great presentation that gives you two great companies in one packed hour. At 2:30pm PT we will be hearing from both IP Fabric and Itential! They’re both working together to bring you a great automation and orchestration platform to help increase your ability to drive value from the network.
