Cloud Field Day Returns, Bridging the Datacenter to the Cloud

Cloud Field Day returns June 22-24, 2022, with live streaming video on the Tech Field Day website and LinkedIn page. Every Cloud Field Day event reflects the constantly-changing world of cloud computing, and our June event reflects the many solutions that bring the cloud into the datacenter. The event starts at 8 AM Pacific time Wednesday with Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, followed by NetApp at 10, and Morpheus Data at 1:30 PM. On Thursday we will see WEKA at 8, followed by Alkira at 10:30 and Lightbits Labs at 2 PM. Friday we will hear from Komprise at 10 AM. Watch for recordings of these Cloud Field Day sessions on the Tech Field Day YouTube channel and coverage here on the Gestalt IT website!

Cloud Field Day begins on Wednesday with Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, at 8 Pacific. Zerto provides a continuous software experience for disaster recovery, backup, and data mobility from on-premises to the cloud. Then we have NetApp presenting at 10 AM. This enterprise storage leader has moved aggressively into the cloud, and will present a hybrid multi cloud strategy. After lunch we’ll hear from Morpheus Data at 1:30 PM. Morpheus is focused on modernizing applications and managing hybrid clouds for the enterprise.

On Thursday we have WEKA presenting at 8 AM. They are building a next-generation data platform for challenging AI and high-performance workloads. Then we have Alkira presenting at 10:30. They have reinvented networking for the cloud era, connecting and integrating network services. We finish with Lightbits Labs with special guest Intel at 2 PM. Their scale-out disaggregated storage performs like local flash for the cloud native datacenter.

On Friday we will hear from Komprise at 10 AM. Their intelligent data mobility solution automates unstructured data for visibility, mobility, and value.

All of our sessions are broadcast live on the Tech Field Day website and LinkedIn page. They are also recorded and shared on YouTube after the event. We welcome participation on Twitter using hashtag #CFD14.
